Refunds & Cancellation Policies
Hanacare is doing every possible bit to assist the customers, so we have created a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy, cancellations are only considered if the product has not been dispatched for the order placed on our website.
Cancellation before shipment
For the product that is not shipped yet, you can write to us on our email id and cancel the order. The money will be refunded within 2 to 5 working days once cancellation is requested.
If the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, it’s impossible to cancel it.
The mode of payment makes a difference. Whether you made a payment through credit, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be processed within 2 to 5 days. It may take 2 to 3 days to show the payment in your account.
How do I return an order purchased from Hanacare?
If the product is defective, you raise a return or exchange request within five days of delivery. To set up the return and exchange request, you need to get in touch with customer support and give us all the necessary personal details so that we can proceed further.
