Refunds & Cancellation Policies

Hanacare is doing every possible bit to assist the customers, so we have created a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy, cancellations are only considered if the product has not been dispatched for the order placed on our website. Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been Shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders.
The nature of the product does not allow REFUNDs yet can be processed only if the product received is not matching the order placed or has been expired.
